City Court Ticket FAQs

1. HOW CAN I PAY MY TICKET?

  • You may pay by credit card or debit card, by clicking HERE.
  • You may pay by cashiers check or money order and mail your payment to Franklin City Court, 2851 N Morton Street Franklin, IN 46131.

2. HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHAT I OWE?

You may call the City Court at (317) 736-3619 for ticket information if you provide us with the ticket number or name on the ticket. Call during business hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

3. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? WHERE DO I PAY MY TICKET IN PERSON?

Franklin City Court is located at 2851 N Morton Street in Franklin. We are directly next to the Franklin Police Department. City Court is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

4. DO YOU ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS?

No. We only accept cash, money orders, debit or credit cards (money orders can be made payable to Franklin City Court). Deferrals cannot be done online, only accept cash or money order.

5. DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARDS??

Yes. We accept VISA or MasterCard credit and debit card payments online HERE

6. CAN I MAIL IN MY PAYMENT?

Yes. Our mailing address is: Franklin City Court, 2851 N Morton Street, Franklin, IN 46131. Please do not mail cash.
