How does the lottery work? Families can come between 6:30-7:00pm to draw a lottery number (1 number per family). At 7:00pm, registration will begin with #1 and will proceed until camp fills up. Coming to registration does not guarantee a spot at camp. 

Who is eligible for camp? Children going into Kindergarten - 6th grade (going into grade in the Fall of 2020). 

When does camp start? The first day of camp is Friday, May 22nd and the last day is Tuesday, August 4th. (These dates are subject to change if the Franklin school calendar changes or if there are snow make-up days for Franklin schools.) 

When is the Camp Open House? The camp Open House & Pool Party will be on Tuesday, May 19th from 5:00-7:00pm at the Franklin Family Aquatic Center. Come any time between 5:00-7:00pm. Campers and their families will be able to meet the counselors, pick up camper bag and t-shirt, take a swim test, ask questions and enjoy a pool party! Dinner will be provided. 

What are the camp hours? Monday-Friday from 7:00am – 6:00pm. 

Does my child need a Recreation Center Membership or Pool Pass for camp? Each child will receive a Recreation Center Membership and Individual Pool Pass to the Franklin Family Aquatic Center with his/her KKC registration. There is no extra cost for these. 

What is the fee for camp? 

There is a $75 non-refundable registration fee per child. The fee MUST be paid at the time of registration. 

FULL TIME CAMPERS (110 total campers): 

 $110/week for City Residents (Payments are due starting February 2020 – see payment schedule.) 

 $135/week for Non-Residents (Payments are due starting February 2020 – see payment schedule.) You are considered a Non-Resident if you live outside the city limits of Franklin. 

 Camp will be 10 ½ weeks this summer. This is subject to change if the Franklin school calendar changes or if there are snow make-up days for Franklin schools. Fees are due even if camper does not attend. 

PART-TIME CAMPERS (25 total campers): 

 $75/week for City Residents (Payments are due starting February 2020 – see payment schedule.) 

 $100/week for Non-Residents (Payments are due starting February 2020 – see payment schedule.) You are considered a Non-Resident if you live outside the city limits of Franklin. 

 Part-time campers will come to camp a maximum of 3 days per week. These days are to be decided in advance by the camper’s parents and relayed to camp staff. 

 Camp will be 10 ½ weeks this summer. This is subject to change if the Franklin school calendar changes or if there are snow make-up days for Franklin schools. Fees are due even if camper does not attend. 

When are camp fees due? The fee schedule begins in February with 1 week of camp being paid each month, until camp begins. When camp begins, payments are due on Friday of each week. Fees should be paid in full by July 10th. Fees are due even if your child is not at camp. ..
