- City CouncilThe City of Franklin Common Council consists of seven members who serve as the legislative branch of the City of Franklin. The members are elected by voters in their district and each member serves a four-year term. The city council meets the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are open to the public, and held in City Hall, located at 70 E. Monroe Street.

Eligibility
The donation process takes less than an hour. It is recommended that donors have a light snack before donating. Most people are eligible to donate. There are very few causes for deferral and very few medications that are not acceptable. Not sure if you are eligible to donate? Contact Indiana Blood Center.
Indiana Blood Center must see 550 individuals each and every day to ensure hospital patients near and far have more tomorrows and brighter futures.
