Event Description:

Silver Steppers is a senior aerobics exercise program created for people 55 years of age and older. Start slowly and give yourself time to build your endurance. Senior aerobics includes low impact aerobic exercises, flexibility movements, and cardiovascular exercises. The participants gain more energy, confidence, and satisfaction throughout this program. Regular exercise is necessary to remain healthy and independent. The instructors will demonstrate modifications to make this workout appropriate for all levels. 9 weeks.
