Event Description:

This class combines Boot Camp, Core Conditioning, Cross Trainer, Bosu, Turbo Kick and more in this 5 day a week workout. This group fitness package gives you a complete workout in an exciting and invigorating class. Total Fit combines cardiovascular training with strength training and stretching. The instructors will demonstrate modifications to make this workout appropriate for all levels. Times are subject to change during the year, per session. 9 weeks. 


Mondays 6:00-7:00 pm 

Tuesdays 6:00-7:00 pm 

Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 pm 

Thursdays 6:00-7:00 pm 

Saturdays 9:30-10:30 am
