- City CouncilThe City of Franklin Common Council consists of seven members who serve as the legislative branch of the City of Franklin. The members are elected by voters in their district and each member serves a four-year term. The city council meets the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are open to the public, and held in City Hall, located at 70 E. Monroe Street.

Event Description:
Gently restore the mind and body. Develop fundamental postures, breath control and relaxation. Great for those new to yoga or participants revisiting yoga after many years. This program is geared toward relaxation. If you have trouble sitting on the floor, we recommend you sign up for Chair Yoga. As with our regular yoga class, deep breathing and relaxation exercises will be emphasized. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to class. Exercise mats will be provided, participants will be responsible for yoga mats. Bring a blanket to class too. Yoga mats can be purchased at the Parks Department. 9 weeks. Ages: Teens and Adults.
