- City CouncilThe City of Franklin Common Council consists of seven members who serve as the legislative branch of the City of Franklin. The members are elected by voters in their district and each member serves a four-year term. The city council meets the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are open to the public, and held in City Hall, located at 70 E. Monroe Street.

Event Description:
While learning ballet positions your child will also achieve grace, poise, coordination, balance, and strength. The fast paced style of jazz uses up-beat music for those ready to jump, shake and move. This high energy dance class incorporates all movements with the body. For children to gain the maximum benefit from this class, parents are asked to remain outside the activity room. Ages 6- 9. 6 weeks.
