- City CouncilThe City of Franklin Common Council consists of seven members who serve as the legislative branch of the City of Franklin. The members are elected by voters in their district and each member serves a four-year term. The city council meets the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are open to the public, and held in City Hall, located at 70 E. Monroe Street.

Event Description:
Have you ever seen the expression on a child's face when they stick their hands in mud? Their expression is priceless, and once they get use to the feel of mud they have a great time. Once they get use to having gooey fingers they will have a great time making animals out of pottery clay. This two day class brings their imagination to the fullest. Please wear old clothes since this class can get messy.
Ages 3-5. 2 weeks.
