- City CouncilThe City of Franklin Common Council consists of seven members who serve as the legislative branch of the City of Franklin. The members are elected by voters in their district and each member serves a four-year term. The city council meets the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are open to the public, and held in City Hall, located at 70 E. Monroe Street.

Event Description:
Turning terrible twos into terrific twos! This program assists children socialization with other children their own age, plus learning to share and play. This playgroup for children, serves as an excellent first separation experience for both parent and child. They will make crafts, listen to music and have lots of fun. Parents are required to stay one week of the session and assist the instructor. If a session fills up and we have enough to open a second class, the class time would be from 11:00-12:30 pm. Age 2. 6 weeks.
