Event Description:
This weekly program will meet every Saturday for four weeks at the Franklin Center for Music on 550 E. Jefferson St. Your child will learn about the world of music through a variety of FUN and EDUCATIONAL activities. Participants will have the opportunity to listen and to play a variety of musical instruments, as well as to learn how they are used in different musical ensembles like a symphony orchestra or a jazz band. Your child will learn basic music theory and improvisation skills that will introduce him/her to the exciting world of playing and creating music in a group! No Experience Necessary. All Supplies provided. All Sessions will take place at The Franklin Center for Music, 550 E. Jefferson St. (Next to the Boys and Girls Club) Third Floor.
