Remenschneider Associates, Inc. recently completed the Gateways, Greenways & Redevelopment Study for the Franklin Redevelopment Commission. This included recommendations for a Design Guidelines ordinance for commercial and residential properties in downtown Franklin. Before the next step is taken and an ordinance is presented to the Plan Commission for approval, we would appreciate your input, questions, and comments.
