- City CouncilThe City of Franklin Common Council consists of seven members who serve as the legislative branch of the City of Franklin. The members are elected by voters in their district and each member serves a four-year term. The city council meets the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are open to the public, and held in City Hall, located at 70 E. Monroe Street.

Kickapoo Kids Camp
Registration for our 2011 summer day camp will be held on Tuesday, January 18, starting at 7:00 p.m. You may arrive between 6:00 and 6:50 p.m. and take a lottery number. New for 2011 - we will take campers going into Kindergarten through 6th grade in the fall of 2011. This is a full time summer day camp experience! Campers will enjoy a summer full of exciting activities and adventures! Your weekly camp fee includes field trips, crafts, special events, snacks, swimming, theme days and lunch on Fridays! Excellent staff will strive to make your child's camp experience a "real summer vacation"! Camp starts on Thursday, May 26 and ends the day before school starts. Camp is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All campers are required to have a current CARC facility membership. Camp cost is 11 weeks @ $115 for non-city residents, city residents will receive a discounted rate of 11 weeks @ $95. All campers will pay 11 weeks of camp fees regardless of attendance. A $75 registration fee is due when you sign up!
