- City CouncilThe City of Franklin Common Council consists of seven members who serve as the legislative branch of the City of Franklin. The members are elected by voters in their district and each member serves a four-year term. The city council meets the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are open to the public, and held in City Hall, located at 70 E. Monroe Street.

Cycle Fit
Cycling brings the elements of athletic training to people of all fitness levels, but contrary to popular belief, cycling is not just a "hard-core" fitness program for elite athletes. Instead, this high-energy group exercise integrates music, camaraderie and visualization in a complete mind/body exercise program. The instructor will be using a wave radio to transmit instruction and music. It is recommended to bring a walkman radio to class.
