- City CouncilThe City of Franklin Common Council consists of seven members who serve as the legislative branch of the City of Franklin. The members are elected by voters in their district and each member serves a four-year term. The city council meets the first and third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are open to the public, and held in City Hall, located at 70 E. Monroe Street.

Cultural Arts & Recreation Center
Yoga is a disciple of exercise that promotes control over body and mind. It creates a strong and flexible body while helping to reduce stress. In this class we will focus on breathing and flexibility. Breathing exercises helps calm the mind. This class will leave you feeling rejuvenated. Don't worry if you are not flexible because flexibility is not a prerequisite of this class.
