CITY OF FRANKLIN DIVERSITY/EQUITY/INCLUSION PLAN

We will equip the Franklin Police Department with body and car cameras.

We are hiring a Crisis Management Official and therapy dog through the Franklin Police Department.

ALL City employees are required to attend and complete an Implicit Bias training.

We plan to hire a Human Resource individual to assist with inclusion and diversity in the city workforce.

The City will host meetings with community members to discuss, educate, and celebrate inclusion and diversity in the city.
