  1. The Technical Review Committee meeting will NOT be held onsite and will be administered electronically. Please review the projects below and forward any review comments/questions to Joanna Myers (jmyers@franklin.in.gov) no later than Wednesday, May 20th. All review comments will then be compiled into one review letter and forwarded to the applicant/agent by email.
