Administration

CHIEF OF POLICE - Tim O'Sullivan  Directly responsible for the Administration Division, budgeting, policy, public programs, media relations, and serves as a liaison for the department on several governing boards within the City. The Chief is ultimately responsible for all employees including the Deputy Chief. Chief Tim O'Sullivan was initially appointed as Deputy Chief in 2008 before being promoted to Chief of Police in 2011.

DEPUTY CHIEF OF POLICE - Jim Hoeing  Directly responsible for all employees including the Operations Commander/Uniform Commander. Lt. Hoeing has been with the department for 20 years and has served in several areas of the department.

OPERATIONS COMMANDER/UNIFORM COMMANDER - Lt. Kerry Atwood  Directly responsible for all sworn police officers and any civilian employees assigned to areas of enforcement support within the department. Operations Commander/Uniform Commander Lt. Kerry Atwood previously served as a Shift Commander in the Uniform Division for many years.
